Only registered users can create new request and review their requests details / status by login into their account. Please be advised that the turn around time for priority high is 1 week, medium is 2 weeks and low is 3 weeks.
Some of the use case for help desk request is for priest appointments, auditorium reservation, wedding arrangements, finance related questions, internal request like IT support request, public relation request and general questions.
