According to  HSM by-laws, the term for a trustee runs according the calendar year -- i.e. your term starts on 1st January and ends on 31st December of each calendar year -- and the trustees have until the April 30th of each year to pay their trustee dues. Persons desiring of becoming a new trustee, can pay the dues at any point in the calendar year and their fees are not pro-rated.  Trustee Initiation Fees and First Year Dues  are $1000; trustee renewal dues are $500 for each subsequent year.
